All students who wish to apply for financial assistance, including scholarships, must start by filling out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form online.   • NPC offers classes in several ways, depending on site location: live classrooms, real-time video and online courses. Not all courses are offered every semester or at every NPC location.   • You must be at least 14 years old to attend classes at NPC, or you must receive special permission and meet all required placement test scores.
  • NPC’s class schedule is available online at www.npc.edu/class-schedule two weeks before semester registration begins.

  • Students who register for classes on or after the first day of the semester will be charged a nonrefundable $25 late registration fee. Short-term classes will also have a late fee assessed if registering on or after the start date of the class. www.npc.edu/late-registration-fee
  • All new students must take NPC’s student orientation class (except those taking only noncredit or online classes). Students who fail to complete this class during their first semester will be blocked from further registration.
  • All students attending NPC must verify their residency status or they will be charged out-of-state tuition.

  • Students must pay their tuition and fees or make payment arrangements by the NPC payment deadline or they’ll be dropped from all classes. www.npc.edu/payment-due-dates
  • NPC offers students the e-Cashier Payment Plan to help break up their tuition, fees and book costs into manageable payments. www.npc.edu/ecashier
  • All students enrolled at NPC are provided with an NPC email address. It is the official method of communication used at the college.
